The requirement of proving that the person who should give evidence and the person involved in the criminal process share the same household.

Changes in Criminal Law Section 303 protect persons sharing the same household, when one is involved in a criminal process.
Criteria for coverage
The Criminal Law does not contain specific criteria (age or gender) for persons who can benefit from these changes.
