Main implications

This act establishes the possibility of deactivation from age 62 for women and 65 for men (five and two years prior to legal retirement age, respectively). People who decide to draw a partial pension will have their final pensions reduced by the amount of the partial pension they received. The partial pension paid until the legal retirement age is equal to half of the accrued pension in general or KRUS pension systems.
