Main implications

The law includes some measures to promote part-time work and to increase its flexibility. This law expanded from eight to 12 years the age of children who can justify the reduction of daily working hours of parents for care (between at least 1/8 and 1/2 of the daily working hours), with a proportional reduction in wages.
