Main implications

This is an updated version of the 1985 comprehensive school code. It involves several changes relating to organisational aspects, especially due to compulsory education becoming a concern of the municipalities rather than the State in 1991, and acknowledging different agents operating 'free' schools. Rules relating to compulsion remain, however, unchanged.
