Data refer to ISCED 2011, except for Brazil and the Russian Federation (ISCED-97). See the description of the levels of education in www.oecd.org/els/emp/definitions-education.pdf.
Year of reference 2017 for Chile, Indonesia and Russian Federation. Education levels are grouped somewhat differently (Data can be found in the database) for Japan. United Kigndom includes completion of intermediate upper secondary programmes.
