Migration
This section presents a collection of norms affecting the rights of migrants in the destination country, such as the following: right of residence, right to work, access to the healthcare system, right to family reunification, and access to education.
The data on Spain, France and Italy were generously provided by the Collaborative SSH-FP7 Temporary versus Permanent Migration Project - TEMPER (http://www.temperproject.eu) in 2014.
Please note that legal documents refer primarily to more far-reaching reforms. Information on minor policy modification may not be found in this collection (compiled in PERFAR until 2016).
