Criteria for coverage

The right to a service pension is granted to persons who:
1) have reached the age of 50 and have a length of service of not less than 20 years, the last ten of which were served as a Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau official;
2) regardless of age are exempt from service due to health condition according to the State Medical Commission’s Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability decision or a reduction of officials and who have a length of service of not less than 20 years.

Financing

A service pension shall be paid from the funds of the state general budget, which have been granted to the Ministry of Welfare in accordance with an appropriation from the current State Budget Law.
